Back with another one of those BLOCK ROCKIN BEATS! Abnormal is one of my most straight-forward rock-anthem songs, but a lot went into writing it.
In this Behind The Music interview, I open up about the raw emotions behind "Abnormal", the anxiety of living through lockdown, our dependence on technology, and the growing feeling that something has to change. There is no going "back to normal."
